Nurturing Wisdom, Character, and Civic Excellence
OUR ACADEMY
Libertas is a proposed tuition-free, nonsectarian public charter school planned for a Nampa site and anticipated to open in Fall 2029 with grades K–7. We welcome families from Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Boise, and across the Treasure Valley; Nampa residency is not required to submit an Intent to Enroll. The school plans to add one grade level each year—K–8 in 2030, K–9 in 2031, and one additional grade annually until serving grades K–12.

The Meaning of Libertas
The term “liberal” comes from the Latin libertas, meaning liberty and freedom. An American classical education is designed to prepare young people to live in freedom and independence as responsible citizens. This focus represents a timeless educational philosophy rather than a modern political-party label.
